Bub-ulber is a Bub-ulb that likes a wide variety of spicy food and is one of the Trouble Center's requests. Once you give him two Hot Dogs and a Mousse Cake he will give you the rare but useless Dried Bouquet which can be used to make a Space Food by mixing any recipe.
