The last Crystal Star you collect in the game Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. You have to fight Magnus Von Grapple to get it. It gives you the SP move Supernova, the strongest SP move.
The X-Nauts found this Crystal Star in Rogueport and it is the only one they managed to get before Mario.
