Damage Dodge P is a badge that cuts Partners' damage by 1 HP with a Guard Action Command. It can be found in the room between the Jabbi rooms inside The Great Tree. Koops uses his shell to hit the block so that it can be jumped on. The badge is revealed. It can be purchased for 150 coins after Chapter 4 at the Lovely Howz of Badges. It can also be stolen from Red Chomps. This badge uses 2 BP.

- The Defend Plus P badge found in the Pirate's Grotto was originally a Damage Dodge P in the Japanese version.
- The Official Nintendo Player's Guide states on pages 60 and 108 that Damage Dodge P can be found in Pirate's Grotto, which is only true for the Japanese version of the game.
