Electro Blooper is an electrically charged Blooper seen in the Toad Town Pipes in Paper Mario. It is bigger than the original Blooper and has more health and attack as well. Along with higher attack power is the ability to become electrified and harmful to touch. Electro Blooper's power also increases while in the electric state. A risky way to short out the electricity is to jump on it directly, although this will cause damage. An item is the best way to short it out.
