Fort Francis is the main location of Chapter 3-4 of Super Paper Mario. Francis lives there, with his vast army of robotic servants called MeowMaids, or another "Meow" based name. He prohibits people who are not geniuses or attractive females from entering. His robots can be found (and some talked to) all over the area. Fort Francis is located in The Bitlands.
