Icicle Pop is a recipe that can be made by Zess T. It looks as it is simply a bright-yellow popsicle. An Icicle Pop is created by mixing Honey Syrup and an Ice Storm. Mario can use this item inside and outside of battles. However, if Mario eats an Icicle Pop during battle, he will regain 15 FP, but he will be frozen. Using this item outside of a battle does not freeze Mario.
In the English version of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, there is an error in the description which states that an Icicle Pop restores 10 HP.
