Lakitus are mere Koopa Troopas that ride clouds. They attack by throwing Spinies at Mario. Sometimes they throw the spiny on the ground and make another enemy. They also tend to hold spinies over their heads as defense, and when they are they can't normally be jumped on without getting hurt. Lakitus don't serve much purpose in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, but they were Huff N. Puff's main guards for his Cloud machine in the first Paper Mario.
