Rip Cheato is an underground dealer that appears in Paper Mario. He is found in the Toad Town Sewers. Rip Cheato sells random items for 64 coins. They have a chance of being really good or really bad. He will also give out Star Pieces and on one occasion, the Bump Attack Badge.
