Ultra Shroom is a recurring item in the Paper Mario Series it appears most prominently in the first three games. It is one of the most rare and valuable items appearing in the series as it restores Mario's HP to the maximum of 50.
Usage
The Ultra Shroom can be used in or outside of battle to restore 50 HP to Mario or his party members. In Super Paper Mario, the Ultra Shroom can be found in ? Blocks and restores 50 HP on contact.
